Rich did an excellent job. He had two open houses over one weekend, and ten offers were made. I firmly believe that I got that many offers over a two day period because the house was priced right. I was hoping to get $350,000, but because of Rich's efforts I got $390,000. I had already moved to Buffalo, and because I was not local, Rich was very instrumental in helping me with a number of administrative tasks. I was completely satisfied.
